wHEN TO CHOOSE A DOULA?
During the 1st trimester of pregnancy, I advise to begin doing research and consulting with doulas so that you and your partner will be able to have time to find the perfect doula that fits your needs.
By the 2nd trimester of pregnancy a doula should have been chosen and prepping for labor begins.
*You can always pick a doula wherever you are in your pregnancy. Yes, even in labor!
